New rules for 'AA' and Open for mens and womens plus coed. Keep the old rules for 'A','BB',and 'B'. The skill level at the 'A' level is pretty diverse between higher 'A'players to the lower level'A' players. In 'BB' the gap is even greater between the higher skilled player and the lower skilled player.
