Yes and Yes
We give out JSVBA tournament store gift certiicates so that the winners may choose their own prizes from what is offered rather than us handing you something you would prefer to not to have.
Unlike most other event promoters that give whatever the sponsor had left over from last year, week, or whatever promotion they did recently. :-)
