I played for the KRVA and this year I am taking my volleyball more seriously than last. I had a good time but organization in the KRVA is not that prevalent. There is a lack of club teams. Mostly its all individual teams. I might not have a good understanding of a club team but there was no practice and very low commitment to USAV volleyball in general. I have been reading the message boards and talking to people I know and it seems that the GEVA region is strong and has a decent, if not high, commitment level.
I know how high my commitment is and what I need to do to achieve. I am from Philadelphia and know that community volleyball is planning a club team. I don't know who is part of what and would like to get started at least a little on getting to know people from the GEVA region. If anyone has any suggestions, I am definitely open to them.
